Our sold out April 8th Event with Bill Nye!

We had a great film screening of Pandora’s Promise and debate on whether nuclear energy is a sustainable option with the new technological inputs. We were very excited to fill the seats with 800 students and concerned citizens who wanted to examine this topic more closely, and of course see Bill Nye present the keynote! Nobuo Tanaka gave the opening remarks, Andy Revkin expertly moderated the discussion, asking the hard questions, filmmaker Robert Stone noted the research of his film and Gernot Wagner made the economic case. Huge thank you to everyone that came out, and to our panel and speakers. It was entertaining night of critical thinking!
